The Flossing & Cupping course aims to demonstrate safe and effective use of silicone cupping sets and floss bands, relevant to treating the fascia. Cupping is a treatment using silicone cups to suction and lift the skin and fascial layers. Flossing is a treatment of the joints and surrounding tissues using elasticated floss bands to compress the tissues.
Level 1 and 2 Masterclasses are like a bridging course to bring you up to speed with treating low back pain. The Practical Adjuncts are 2-day face-to-face sessions with Sarah, once you have completed tthe webinars online. You can complete the webinars (start tonight if you like!) whenever you choose in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace.

The Level 1 - Introductory/Refresher Course is designed as a ‘taster/refresher course’ for practitioners to determine if they like the modality of dry needling or for those that may have limited experience and wishes to update prior learning. It combines online theory learning, face to face practical skill development and a 2 wet lab to develop your understtanding of 3D anatomy.
Muscles selected are clinically important but relatively easy to needle to enable participants’ time to develop needling technique and palpation skills. There is a very large focus on surface anatomy and tissue localisation. Fibromyalgia is also covered. Participants that have completed this course, have fulfilled the minimum requirement of study and demonstrated competency in the techniques taught in the Level 1 - Introductory/Refresher Course, enabling participants to commence dry needling immediately.

Safe & Effective Lower Quadrant Dry Needling
The Level 2 - Spine & Lower Quadrant is a two-day course building upon knowledge gained in the Level 1 Introductory. Detailed reviews of the relevant functional and surface anatomy, tissue localisation skills & clinical examples are provided for the lumbar spine, abdomen, pelvis and lower limb.
