Safe & Effective Lower Quadrant Dry Needling
Level 2 - Dry Needling Advanced Spine & Lower Quadrant, is a single-day course building upon knowledge gained in the Level 1- Dry Needling Introductory Course. Detailed reviews of the relevant functional and surface anatomy, tissue localisation skills & clinical examples are provided for the lumbar spine, abdomen, pelvis and lower limb. Electro-acupuncture and Gua Sha techniques are also taught.
The Level 2 modules also include;
- Dry needling in 2022, a research update
- The role of hypermobility and dry needling
- Care and consideration module when needling near the kidneys
YOU RECEIVE A 50% DISCOUNTED 2-HOUR ANATOMY WET LAB WORKSHOP. Unique amongst all dry needling courses in Australia, is the opportunity to enjoy with clinical director, Dr Doug Cary, a guided tour of the upper limb, lower limb and spinal structures in relation to dry needling. On (23/11/2026) 6 - 8.00pm revisit the core skill of anatomical tissue identification but from a clinical perspective. These 2 hours of a clinically focused session, are at the UWA's premiere anatomy lab, which has practitioners repeatably coming back and back to hone their anatomy skills.
Practical Day: 8.15 to 4.00 pm.
