  clinical reasoning strategies&nbsp\;and detailed instruction on the uniqu
 e examination and treatment techniques developed by New Zealand physiother
 apist Brian Mulligan.&nbsp\;The Mulligan Concept of examination and treatm
 ent is one of the most popular approaches&nbsp\;used in manual treatment o
 f musculoskeletal conditions. Presented by&nbsp\;Mr. Mark Oliver&nbsp\;(ce
 rtified Mulligan concepts teacher)\, Mark has had the privilege of Brian
 ’s mentoring since 1981&nbsp\;which continues to this day. He is Austral
 ia's most experienced Mulligan Concept teacher having taught the approach 
 intensively since 1988.
