  physiotherapist Brian Mulligan.&nbsp\;The Mulligan Concept of examination
  and treatment is one of the most popular approaches&nbsp\;used in manual 
 treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Presented by&nbsp\;Mr. Mark Olive
 r&nbsp\;(certified Mulligan concepts teacher)\, Mark has had the privilege
  of Brian’s mentoring since 1981&nbsp\;which continues to this day. He i
 s Australia's most experienced Mulligan Concept teacher having taught the 
 approach intensively since 1988.
